I contacted Jane Doe's legal team to let them know about this awful blog. I received this very lovely response back from them. I've no doubt they will have expensive private investigators and will reveal the loser who has created this page 😉 and sue them 🤭

My arguement specifically is a factual perception that differs from yours... where was the line between "consent" and "rape" and did any of the boys, disgusting or distasteful their actions, cross that line? I believe no, not legally, not factually... based on the information available. Regardless of my opinion, the boys have been properly vilified, doxxex, abused, and driven underground.

Or, I care about the first amendment and not surpressing voices just because you disagree.
For example, on this blog there are hundreds of comments that are opposite my opinion, mean, rude, vulgar, racist, or whatever, and many attacking me, and I leave them up. Because I believe in free speech.
What i have seen in this case is that one side appears to be censoring the other side, not winning the argument, censoring the opponent. That is not in compliance with the tenants of Free Speech.
As for a lawsuit against me, or censorship against this site, it will not happen. I will not give away details as to why, but I will say confidently that I am 100% safe from civil (or for that matter criminal) prosecution for anything on this blog. Further, the blog is entirely self hosted, no 3rd party reliance, so censorship will not happen either. Here is the server that operates this blog.
First: There is no exif data on the image, striped for security.
Second: The order for Jane Doe applies ONLY to defendants and their lawyers and agents, not commentators or blogs or the general public.
Third: The First Amendment trumps illegal orders, so if one ever did materialize that restricted the entire populous from speech, it would be ignored by me.
Forth: Speech is far more important than your feelings. The answer to speech you do not like is more speech contesting it (as you are doing freely without censorship on my blog which I could delete your comment but will not).
Fifth: I simply do not care about your feelings or if they align with mine. Unlike Facebook, YouTube, or other platforms, I will not be moderating based on ideological, viewpoint, or because I myself am targeted.
You can dox me, I promise when you figure out who I am it will silence you and the authorities that you believe will come riding in on Hades with whips and guns-a-blazin'. Until then, let speech happen. That is the entire reason this site exists.
