There is one portion of this sordid affair that requires more attention I believe. The ketamine and its liberal use during their debauchery. It’s schedule III in NY in small quantities, but over a gram is considered distribution and a class D felony. Reason enough to shit can several of these reprobates including the accuser. I think she was honest in her first statement to the police two years ago in that she took the drug to impress the Muslim boy she had feelings for, but had no previous experience with it. It’s a dissociative anesthetic kind of like PCP. During one of the videos of the frat house…it was noted that the frat brothers had a fentanyl ( and novel opioid) test kit. The guys were stupid but at least smart enough to test their street drugs for being doctored up. It was not their first rodeo. Does that absolve the girl of her slutty behavior? No, but at a certain point may have found herself in over her head with the special K. Without the heavy CDS use, perhaps it would not have went so far. Who was the supplier?

Gingers often require higher doses of anesthetic drugs. The effects wear off faster for them as well.

Last night was a very informative ideological gang bang!
One defender of Lucy stated that he doesn't care which of the men did what (i.e. the facts are not that important). This is equivalent to saying dude A raped her, therefore, so long as some dude is jailed, justice is served. Can't engage with a twat like that.
A second defender said that, even if the boys were found not guilty, he would believe her. A case of linking your support for someone to your identity, rather than a rational evaluation of the facts.
A third was silenced when asked about Amber Heard.
A fourth claimed to have read the statement by Lucy, but quoted a one-line sound bite from the media that relates to an unreleased transcript of the interview with the police (which is separate from the statement), indicating that the user had no knowledge of the statement.
A fifth said people who defend rape should be raped - thereby defending rape, and maybe looking for a bad date.
A sixth made a very valid point about Male 2 (Newell) being caught in a lie in a recorded phone call, and provided evidence of this which is very damning, and I'm curious to see how Cornell evaluated this in giving him a suspension. This guy was the sober monitor (had a responsibility to shut this shit down, but didn't), hit Lucy so hard she got bruising, posted the invitation, and then lied about it.

If you want to make a point in her defense, but you are too intimidated to read a 6 page document (with comprehension), or unable to provide clear facts, you are just wasting time. If you can, some of us will pay attention - I'm not denying that some of the guys supporting the bros are cunts and not actually interested in the facts, and they should also STFU or at least generate a meme.

Make a valid point, make us laugh, or fuck off.

Why did anyone ask about Amber Heard?

Correction, it was Lee who said there was nothing to draw attention to the room where the bang was going on....

I hope we all agree that cases categorized as "unfounded" doesn't automatically mean the accuser lied. The accuser genuinely thinking that she or he was assaulted, but a court finds that no crime was committed, should also not be considered a lie.

Meaning that there would have to be a separate investigation, this would also have to be an non-intrusive one because otherwise actual victims would be disincentivized to speak up, meaning more actual rapists would get away with it. In the case of it causing victims to be more afraid to speak up, then I would much rather prefer there be no false accusation law at all. Because at the end of the day, sexual assault is a much bigger issue than false sexual assault allegations, and I'm sure the legal system agrees with this. Priorities priorities.

My feeling is, when she went to give her statement, she was under the impression that there was no consent because she was intoxicated, therefore rape. But it was thrown out because she was not that intoxicated, especially to start with, so her consent was still valid, then she says she actively snorted ket (voluntary), so the boys could not have known she was not consenting (unless passed out) - this is the key reqyiement for rape. So she got a shallow definition and made the wrong call. Now, however, she is probably an expert on the law, but i dont think she cares about criminal conviction, i think she just wants the money, which is exactly how it will play out

Charge them with sexual harassment and put them on a registry.

As long as there is a separate investigation to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that she was lying.
Because a failed conviction is not proof or evidence that the accuser is lying.

But such a law has to be approached really carefully, because any legislation that might disincentivize actual victims from speaking up should never even be entertained.

The victim thinking that they were raped but the court finding she or he wasn't does not mean the victim lied.
The wrong person being tried but the victim genuinely though that it was the perpetrator, also not a lie.

Tldr: unfounded or no crime =/= malicious lie.

Actually, this is exactly right! No guy will check the registry if some hot chick is throwing the cat, but will be useful in future cases and maybe job interviews

WHO prompted this woman to open a two year old case and why was it immediately given so much credence?? She was a minion reporter

Lucys law should be enacted to protect the identies of the accused until the case formally begins. This was a drug fueled fuck fest and i am sure no criminal charges will be upheld, but the harm to these guys and even guys with similar names has been extraordinary. So i think the law has caused more harm than her or the bros

I think whoever gave the names of the 7 fuckers probably needs to be sued. If it is found that this shit was consensual then the damage to them far exceeds the damage to her. Force news outlets to report responsibly, that woukd be the best outcome of this debacle

It depends. She can make a police report and if she didn't lie, and was just incorrect about the classification of what happened I don't think that's malicious. I'm not saying she didn't lie, but we need to consider this.

20 years in prison. Due to this Uber Slut, the next legitimate victim will have to wonder if people will believe them (them, because male rape is never given the time of day). I really hope a False Accuser Law - named Lucy's Law, is enacted. You lie, you go to jail.

depends. rape does happens. so is false accusation. we need the evidence and check case by case
Anonymous
The act of falsely accusing anyone for anything should be treated with the punishment of the crime of which they are accusing. If a woman falsely cries rape, she should be treated with jail time and being placed on the sexual offenders list.
Any false accusation should be punished as the crime would have been. Simple as.

'Trauma' in the medical field simply means the area has been inflamed. Many women get UTIs from long term, committed sexual relationships. When you have a seven hour multiple member organizations- yes, that will do it.
