Notice of Rejection, Request for Withdrawal, and Reservation of Rights

Issued by: The Editorial Administration of LucyCraig.blog
Date: October 22, 2026
To: The sender claiming to represent DeleteMe and to act on behalf of Justice Phaedra F. Perry-Bond

Subject: Legal-submission request seeking removal of WIJDR's article about Justice Perry-Bond.

Your legal submission has been reviewed. On the information supplied, it does not establish that the federal Daniel Anderl Judicial Security and Privacy Act covers the judge in question, identify with sufficient specificity the allegedly protected information in the article, or establish a legal basis for removal of the entire publication.

WIJDR rejects the request for wholesale removal as submitted. This is not a rejection of genuine judicial-security protections. New York Judiciary Law § 859 separately provides protections for qualifying judges, subject to its scope, procedures, and exceptions—including public-interest reporting and commentary. Any properly supported claim under applicable law will be evaluated on its particular facts.

Demand for Withdrawal and Clarification

  1. Withdraw the blanket request. Confirm in writing that the demand for deletion of the entire article is withdrawn.
  2. Authenticate authority. Identify the sender and provide documentation reasonably sufficient to verify the claimed authorization to act for Justice Perry-Bond.
  3. State the specific legal grounds. Identify each allegedly protected passage, image, or data element; the provision relied upon; and why any applicable news-reporting or public-concern exception does not apply.
  4. Correct inaccurate assertions. Withdraw or correct any inaccurate representations concerning statutory coverage or the powers of federal enforcement agencies.
  5. Provide a direct apology. If Justice Perry-Bond personally authorized the blanket removal demand, WIJDR requests her authenticated written apology and acknowledgment of its unsupported breadth. This is a requested resolution, not a legally enforceable right to an apology.
Requested response: 72 hours.

WIJDR requests a substantive written response within 72 hours after this notice is published. This is an editorial resolution period, not a statutory deadline imposed on the recipient. Failure to respond, withdraw, or apologize does not itself establish liability.

Reservation of Rights

WIJDR reserves the right to consider any available legal remedies if reliable evidence establishes actionable unlawful interference, materially false assertions causing legally cognizable harm, or another violation of applicable law. We do not assert that any such claim is already proven by receipt of this submission, and no litigation is represented as already filed or inevitable.

We request preservation of the original submission, related correspondence, and records of claimed authorization for purposes of verifying authenticity and assessing the demand accurately.

WIJDR will continue publishing lawful reporting, public records, and criticism of public officials while considering concrete, legally supported concerns regarding protected personal information. A citation to a statute and a removal deadline do not, standing alone, justify erasing an entire article.

Disposition: Blanket removal demand rejected as submitted.

We await an authenticated, legally particularized response—not another unexplained request to erase public-interest journalism.
