I'm sad for this whole thing. The boys are not rapists, but their professional lives will be forever impacted. The girl was a consenting adult to a morally repugnant act but with bringing this lawsuit, her professional and private life will be forever impacted. Her parents ultimately failed her in their upbringing; I highly doubt this promiscuous behavior started when they sent her to college half the Country away. Her looks and ultimate ostracization make me think of Utsuro-bune.
