Or, I care about the first amendment and not surpressing voices just because you disagree. For example, on this blog there are hundreds of comments that are opposite my opinion, mean, rude, vulgar, racist, or whatever, and many attacking me, and I leave them up. Because I believe in free speech. What i have seen in this case is that one side appears to be censoring the other side, not winning the argument, censoring the opponent. That is not in compliance with the tenants of Free Speech. As for a lawsuit against me, or censorship against this site, it will not happen. I will not give away details as to why, but I will say confidently that I am 100% safe from civil (or for that matter criminal) prosecution for anything on this blog. Further, the blog is entirely self hosted, no 3rd party reliance, so censorship will not happen either. Here is the server that operates this blog.
