Maybe we should screen under 21 on campus for substance abuse then and try to prevent some of this or have peace guardians stationed around that ensure sobriety on campus and prevent assaults if this is a nation wide frat issue then or come up with a real solution to keep people from using and abusing on school campuses The school should be held liable for allowing this to happen on their property consentual or not Theyre responsible for protecting minors
