Someone who genuinely believes they were sexually assaulted would kd not voluntarily have sex with the person they are accussing but might do so in order to humiliate her... So not rape, but definitely some sick behaviour... Not quite sure who is who of the giys, but this bro and the safety officer guy are definitely at fault, but there may not be a legally defined crime for what they did
