Yeah, this makes no sense to me. She was already having a good life with a new boyfriend; why bother to file a suit she can't win? She must have much better evidence that we don't know yet? I'd be surprised. Or is this funded by someone else to make it big, such as a political entity to influence midterm elections? This sounds like a conspiracy theory, but it fits many realities: timed to be before the midterm election, which is strange given this is a 2-year-old case; mainstream media coordinate to tell a one-sided story with a presumption of guilt, which is also strange given the police reports and her messages; this case got political support from the Democratic Party almost immediately... Can Lucy's lawyer disclose who is funding the lawsuit, and why it's timed to be now?
