Places of work do not discriminate against rape accusers, because that would be a ridiculous thing to do considering how few rapists are actually punished. If you refuse employment to an accuser of rape that didn't end up in a conviction there's a damn near 100% risk that you're discriminating against someone who was actually raped, just that the evidence wasn't enough, or that they had the wrong guy (a rape actually did happen but they picked up the wrong man or woman). No normal person would be able to sleep at night thinking they might have made the life of an actual victim harder.
