Damn, never saw these before. That actually complicates things because this shows that they knew she wasn't coherent enough to consent. It's also strictly illegal to have sex with an unconscious person, there are no exceptions there. The "Jon's (Jonathan Newell) limp dick stopped working so I had to solo", right after they've acknowledged that she was "gone", it could imply that they were actually doing stuff to her while she was asleep.
