Read her report to Cornell, posted on this site. She clearly states she told these "bros" she didn't want to do some things, and they complied. She never asked to leave and never asked for help (even in her 3:05am text). Some frat bros even threw guys out of the room that were there gawking. Is she a victim? Yes. Was she raped? Apparently whe has come to that conclusion. Are these guys rapists? Doesn't look that way.
