Diego was the one who allegedly started the assault, right? He's the one who grabbed her face and forced a kiss on her while she was hiding under the covers because others besides Matt and Jonathan (the initial fully consensual threesome) had started coming in? He was the one who presumably set the precedence that it was okay not to ask for consent from that point on?
