I'm a victim of SA. I do believe that intoxication can nullify consent, however based on her own alleged words in the police report those men were more intoxicated than her, and one is accusing her as well. If she was raped because she was intoxicated I'm not sure how she didn't rape them. Whatever the case, may justice be served.
