There is lots of evidence for both sides... the courts must now evaluate whether there is sufficient credible evidence one way or the other. (difference between proof and evidence, different standards of proof required for different decision types, etc.) P.S. of the 1500 pages of cornell files, I think they have leaked about 20 pages besides the preamble. So there is a SHITLOAD still to come. So don't go murdering people just yet
