Follow up Question If a "victim's" perspective and story can change over time, and that changed story can be the basis for a lawsuit / criminal charges, then isn't it reasonable to doubt people's capacity to understand their experience and participation in real time? In other words, doesn't this case discredit women's decision making ability, and that ultimately, women need to be protected from themselves?
