Yes to drugs, ketamine seems likely (some dude overdosed on it the week before, but may not have been the only thing they were snorting). In her statement she says yes to Ketamine and actually tries to black out using it, in her civil claim, she says forced. The guys wouldn't have cared about their reputations except now that its a rape case, Lucy didn't think it through, she was crying in her room for days after been slut-shamed around campus - she thought people would be more openminded. In a civil case, they will ask about their views before the case, in the criminal case (which probably won't happen), Lucy's past will probably be off limits (rape shield). The other 50 - this would have been covered in the Cornell investigation, most were probably asleep, these messages got going at 1:45am. Read her statement though, it will give you a good idea of 1) how ditzy she is, 2) How horney she was for Matt, 3) and that only the third 3some was a bit dodgy, but it included Matt, the guy she would do anything for.
