Lucy Craig's worthless lolwyer sued someone who had zero interactions with any of the parties and no association what-so-ever in his overzealous "*throw shit against the wall to see what sticks*" unethical bullshit. Now, at least for that individual, he is no longer a defendant. *It is hereby stipulated by and between counsel for all parties that this matter is discontinued with prejudice as to ORAZIO PETITO. Furthermore, the plaintiff holds Mr. PETITO, his counsel, harmless from any LIENS that are known and/or unknown at this time. *
