You might want to add to "discrepancies" a glaring issue in the complaint. Paragraph 470: "Plaintiff fully performed all her obligations under the contract, including paying all tuition and fees, complying with campus rules, and remaining a student in good standing." This is BLATANTLY false as she practically began her night by underage drinking (not technically on campus property, but campus-sanctioned property, Tri-Delta house). Then she went to another house that was campus-property (Chi Phi) and drank and did drugs.
