In a sworn statement filed with the court, the woman,
identified as Jane Doe, said she stopped attending
Cornell following the alleged incident. She also said she
fears the men could retaliate against her if her identity
becomes public.
In her sworn statement, Jane Doe also said that
revealing her identity could affect the life she has
worked to rebuild, including her career and personal
relationships. She described concerns about possible
retaliation and the impact public identification could
have on her future.
