[00:04] We had put a number of texts up that we received between Jane Doe and the two men she had the

[00:16] He seemed somewhat upset that we had posted some of these and felt, A, it was old news
[00:24] and B, it missed the point.
[00:27] He said this, Mark.
[00:28] He said, referring to the texts, we believe that they were part of the Title IX process,
[00:35] which led Mr. Newell, that's Jonathan Newell, who is one of the people that Jane had the
[00:40] three-way with and other encounters, expulsion after 12 days of evidentiary hearings and
[00:48] extensive documentary evidence.
[00:51] He goes on to say, it is undisputed that the hearing panel found that Mr. Newell violated
[00:59] Ms. Doe's bodily safety in commencing intercourse without her consent.
[01:08] This is the definition of rape.
