RE: FORMAL GEORGIA OPEN RECORDS ACT REQUEST - ALL OCTOBER 2026 SWATTING INCIDENTS,
INCLUDING THE REPORTED OCTOBER 6, 2026 INCIDENT INVOLVING LUCILE HARRIETT CRAIG (LUCY
CRAIG)

Dear Open Records Officer:

Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, O.C.G.A. §§ 50-18-70 through 50-18-77, | hereby request
electronic copies of all existing, nonexempt public records in the possession, custody, or control of the Johns
Creek Police Department and the City of Johns Creek concerning reported swatting incidents, false
emergency reports, and related police responses occurring between October 1, 2026, and the date this
request is received.

This request specifically includes the widely publicized police response to the family residence of Lucile
Harriett Craig, also known as Lucy Craig, reportedly occurring on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at approximately
7:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

I. Identification of the Specific Incident

The incident was reported by CNN on October 8, 2026, in an article concerning alleged threats and a
swatting response at Craig's family residence:

-doe-threat:

According to the reporting, police were dispatched following an apparently fraudulent emergency report
alleging shootings or killings at the residence. CNN reported statements attributed to attorney Thomas
Giuffra describing responding officers confronting individuals at the residence with firearms drawn, including
the woman's brother, boyfriend, and father.

CNN further reported that two police reports concerning the circumstances had been reviewed by its
journalists. These details are supplied solely to assist in identifying responsive records; this request does not
presume that every allegation reported in the media is accurate.

Il. Records Requested

Please produce every existing responsive record, regardless of format, including but not limited to the
following:

1. Police reports and investigative records

¢ All initial incident reports, offense reports, and arrest reports.
