I submit\nthis\nAffirmation\nin support\nof Plaintiff's\nOrder to Show Cause to Proceed\nvia\nPseudonympursuant\nto\nCivil\nRights Law 50-b and other\nsupporting\nauthority\nand case law.\nI\nrespectfully\nrequest\nthat\nI be permitted\nto proceed\nanonymously\nusing\nthe pseudonym\nin\nthe\nabove-captioned\nmatter and in\nall\npublicly\nfiled\ndocuments,\nas well\nas to enjoin\nthe Defendants\nand their\nagents from disclosing\nmynameand/or\nidentity\nto anyone other\nthan their\nattorneys.\n3.\nI am seeking\nto proceed\nanonymously\nbecause\nI was drugged,\nsexually\nassault,\nand\nraped\nby\nDefendants\nMATTHEWINGALLS, JOHNATHANNEWELL, WINSTONLEE,\nGILLIO\nLOPES, DIEGO SARABIA, SCOTTNORRIS, and SCOTTKRETZSCHMAR,\nin\nOctober 2024 within\nthe Xi Chapter of Chi Phi Fraternity's\nhouse located\non Cornell\nUniversity's\ncampus.\n4.\nI amseeking compensation from the individual\ndefendants\nfor\nthe heinous\nsexual abuse\nI\nsuffered,\nas well\nas against\nthe\ninstitutional\ndefendants\nfor\nallowing,\nenabling,\nencouraging,\naiding,\nand abetting\nsaid abuses to occur.\n5.\nI am seeking\nto\nshield\nmy identity\nfrom the stigma\nassociated\nwith\nthe\nsexual\nassault\nand rape\nthat\nI\nsuffered.\nI\nstrongly\nbelieve\nthat\nproceeding\nin\nthis\nmatter\nhenceforth\nvia\na\npseudonym\nis in mybest\ninterests.\n6.
