IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between the undersigned 
counsel for Plaintiff and defendant Scott Norris (“Norris”), that Norris hereby accepts service of 
the Summons and Complaint in this action (Dkt. #1). 
IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED that Norris’s time to answer, move, or 
otherwise respond to the Complaint in the above-captioned action is extended through and 
including December 15, 2026.  
IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED that Norris waives all affirmative 
defenses as to personal jurisdiction and service of process. 
IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED that this Stipulation may be executed in 
counterparts and that electronic signatures shall be deemed originals for all purposes.
