IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED that Alpha Beta hereby waives service of process and any defense or objection based on the manner, sufficiency, or completeness of service of the summons and complaint upon them in this action. IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED that Alpha Beta hereby waives any defense or objection to the Court's exercise of personal jurisdiction over them in this action, under CPLR §§ 301, 302. IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED that the foregoing waivers are expressly limited to service of process and personal jurisdiction only, and extend to nothing else.
