I, W. Whitney Seals, Esq., being duly sworn, affirms the contents of the following to be 
true under penalties of perjury:

I am an attorney duly licensed to practice law in the State of Alabama, and I am a
partner of the law firm of Cochrun & Seals, LLC, located at P.O. Box 10448, Birmingham, AL 
35202-0448. I am counsel for Plaintiff JANE DOE in this litigation. I am fully familiar with the 
proceedings in this case, have personal knowledge of the facts set forth herein and make this 
affidavit in support of my application for admission pro hac vice to represent Plaintiff JANE DOE 
in this matter pursuant to 22 NYCRR 520.1.

As evidenced by the Certificates of Good Standing from the Clerk of the Supreme
Court of Alabama, annexed hereto as Exhibit D, I am an active member in good standing of 
the bar of the State of Alabama, and have been admitted to practice law in Alabama since 2004. 
3.
I am familiar with and agree to be bound by the standards of professional conduct
imposed upon members of the New York State Bar. I acknowledge and agree that I shall be subject 
to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New York with respect to any acts occurring over 
the course of my participation in this case.
