[00:02] She's running for governor in a month from today,
[00:06] on November 3rd, the people in New York State
[00:09] are gonna pull the lever.
[00:10] Well, Cavi Hockle, her entire political career,
[00:12] has known how to make an entrance.
[00:15] And I think she's made an entrance into this case.
[00:19] The scandal with the Cornell Seven
[00:22] reached national news, made national headlines.
[00:26] And part of the issue was that
[00:29] It created a situation where a local prosecutor
[00:33] had made a investigation into this rape.
[00:38] And all of a sudden, there's confidence that's lost
[00:41] in the local prosecutor's investigation.
[00:45] And you look at it and then all of a sudden,
[00:49] a couple of days ago, Huckle comes and takes
[00:51] the unprecedented step and we'll go through that
[00:54] because she's well within her powers to do it.
[00:56] but she casts aside the local prosecutor
[01:00] and rides in with a special prosecutor.
[01:02] And her special prosecutor is none other than
[01:05] Latisha James, the New York State Attorney General,
[01:09] who she's running for reelection as well.
