Seven men drugged and gang raped a 20-year-old woman at Cornell University. That,\n[00:36] at least, is the verdict in the alleged Cornell rape case that was delivered by Representative\n[00:41] Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who has joined a chorus of others in pronouncing the guilt of\n[00:47] Cornell students accused of raping a fellow student. This is as reported by the great\n[00:53] Jonathan Turley George Washington University law professor. As he writes,\n[00:58] Just mind you, not a single witness is testified under oath publicly, not a single charge has\n[01:02] yet been brought.\n[01:03] However, guilt is now collectively being declared from the usual figures and outlets\n[01:08] who have never been late to mob justice, AOC declared.\n[01:13] I want to be clear that the culture of rape, sexual assault, and pedophilia is protected\n[01:18] in elite institutions across the United States, including Cornell University, has\n[01:22] got to stop.\n[01:23] You know, I think we've been here before, 20 years ago, I recall when Duke University\n[01:28] students were accused of gang raping a stripper at a campus party.\n[01:31] The media quickly lionized the Durham County District Eternal when Michael Nefong, as\n[01:37] he pandered to the media and portraying the students as personifying a rape culture\n[01:42] in the United States.\n[01:43] The problem was from the start that the facts did not fit the allegations.\n[01:48] There was a total lack of any forensic evidence to support the claim.\n[01:52] The woman later admitted that she had lied\n[01:54] about the entire thing.\n[01:56] Nifong, the prosecutor's disbarred\n[01:58] and the alleged victim of one crystal magnum\n[02:02] who has still not been prosecuted for lying,\n[02:04] later went to jail for murder.\n[02:06] I have a feeling that this same thing\n[02:09] may be happening yet again\n[02:11] because the Tompkins district attorney\n[02:15] who initially examined this case concluded\n[02:19] that the statement made by the alleged victim\n[02:26] did not fit the allegations.\n[02:30] Now, the governor, Kathy Hockel,\n[02:34] has taken the investigation\n[02:37] from the Tompkins District Attorney\n[02:40] and assigned it to the New York State Attorney General,\n[02:43] LaTisha James.\n[02:46] Here to break this down for us\n[02:47] He is one of the very best investigative journalists in the country, Frank Parlotto, editor and\n[02:55] publisher of Artvoice.com, also the Frank Report.\n[02:59] He's more than just an investigative journalist.\n[03:01] He's both an investigator and a journalist.\n[03:04] As an investigator, I have seen him tear apart legal cases that some of the finest,\n[03:09] most expensive blue chip law firms in the country missed key and extraordinary facts.\n[03:17] He is the one-man wrecking ball that took down the Nexium sex cult, and he joins us\n[03:25] now to break down this case.\n[03:29] Let me just say that his own piece on this just published, in which he concludes that\n[03:36] the statements by the victim in this case contradict the civil lawsuit she filed and\n[03:43] seem to contradict the facts.\n[03:46] Frank Pallado, welcome into the Stone Zone.\n[03:49] Thank you, Roger.\n[03:50] It's a pleasure to be here.\n[03:53] So Kathy Hockel has taken the Cornell 7 case\n[03:55] from the local district attorneys,\n[03:57] given it to Attorney General Leticia James.\n[03:59] James will now investigate allegations\n[04:01] that seven men drugged and sexually assaulted\n[04:04] a Cornell student in October of 2024,\n[04:08] despite the fact that the Tompkins County\n[04:10] District Attorney Matthew Van Houten\n[04:12] stated that the 2024 sworn statement that the victim,\n[04:16] in this case, we'll call her Jane Doe,\n[04:19] gave to campus police, described her participation\n[04:22] as voluntary, conscious, and consensual\n[04:25] with no allegation of being drugged against her will\n[04:28] or gang raped.\n[04:30] He reopened the case only after the filing\n[04:33] of a civil suit, but then on October 1st,\n[04:35] Governor Huckle appointed Attorney General Leticia James\n[04:38] as a special prosecutor due to questions\n[04:41] about the handling of the case.\n[04:43] You raise in your piece today, and in some subsequent writing,\n[04:47] some serious questions asked whether Letitia James\n[04:49] is the right person to pursue this matter.\n[04:51] But first, let's go to the larger question.\n[04:53] You analyze the situation, tell us your breakdown.\n[04:57] I think the significant thing is\n[04:59] that the accuser, who is being presently called\n[05:04] James Jane Doe has made only one sworn under oath statement. And that and in that statement,\n[05:14] she does not allege the same things that are in her civil lawsuit. In fact, based on her\n[05:21] sworn statement, which happened shortly after the alleged incident, she does not describe\n[05:28] a crime but rather a party. She voluntarily it got her self intoxicated with a variety\n[05:38] of recreational drugs and then entered into a atmosphere at a fraternity house. I can\n[05:49] break down the difference between what she swore in 2024 and now what her lawsuit\n[05:57] says but fundamentally things have shifted towards a what I assume is a financial goal.\n[06:05] The lamentable part of course is that she is now putting at risk seven young men who\n[06:13] based on her original statement participated in a party with her of which by all accounts\n[06:21] including her own at the time she was most willing to participate in.\n[06:27] Yeah, I have read her statement is, shall we say, colorful, probably a little too colorful\n[06:33] for a family radio show and a family radio station such as ours, but it is very clear\n[06:40] here, and I'm going to ask you to go through the differences between her sworn statement\n[06:45] and her lawsuit, but it's very clear that there's no evidence of her being compelled\n[06:50] to do anything here, as the district attorney correctly said at the very beginning, it\n[06:56] It appears based on her own statement that her participation was voluntary, that she was\n[07:02] conscious, that everything she did was consensual, that she made no allegation of being drugged\n[07:08] against her will.\n[07:09] She admits to taking ketamine.\n[07:11] She also admits to being extremely intoxicated.\n[07:16] And she doesn't even claim in the original statement that she was gang-raped.\n[07:19] She seems to be saying that now.\n[07:21] Cathy Hockel and Leticia James,\n[07:24] both are running for reelection in tough races.\n[07:27] Cathy Hockel is one of the most endangered incumbents\n[07:30] in the country, one of the most unpopular governors\n[07:33] in the country.\n[07:34] I've been in the American political arena for 50 years,\n[07:37] but rarely do you see 70% unfavorable ratings\n[07:40] or 70% plus job approval ratings.\n[07:44] And of course, Leticia James suffered very substantially\n[07:48] because of the research of Sam Antar\n[07:50] others which demonstrate that whether even though she escaped the federal charges at least so far\n[07:55] she engaged in a 40-year spree of mortgage fraud something by the way that leticia james herself\n[08:04] has prosecuted people for things that if you're i did frank we would definitely be prosecuted\n[08:09] so both of them i think looking for an election year bump uh at the expense of these seven men\n[08:15] at Cornell who may, it appears at this point, be entirely innocent if you would\n[08:21] lay down the differences between what she says in her lawsuit and what she said\n[08:25] in her statement. Well in November 2024, which was three and a half weeks after\n[08:32] the party, she gave Cornell police a sworn statement. It ran about six\n[08:39] single-space type pages. And it's a curious thing because after she was\n[08:44] warned that a false statement is a crime, she made more than 20 handwritten corrections\n[08:51] to the type statement.\n[08:54] Among the points that I think are significantly different than her lawsuit is that her statement\n[09:02] says that she walked about a mile, had made plans with a man earlier in the week,\n[09:10] Texted him that she was on her way to the frat house where he lived and rated herself\n[09:16] five out of ten\n[09:19] the\n[09:20] Laws in terms of drunkenness. Yes\n[09:24] The lawsuit however says she stumbled alone to the house\n[09:29] visibly intoxicated\n[09:31] the\n[09:34] Her statement or sworn statement\n[09:37] shortly after the incidents\n[09:39] records that in quotes she agreed due to how attracted she was to him on top of\n[09:47] her drunken curiousness that she was excited and that she was pretty okay\n[09:54] with having this threesome the lawsuit however says that she was in quotes\n[10:03] incapable of consenting and quotes. Her statement, another discrepancy says she\n[10:14] noticed that one of the men looked sleepy and she told the other man they\n[10:20] needed to stop their escapade to make sure he was okay and the other man\n[10:25] stopped. The lawsuit says that one man lost his erection and went to nap. The\n[10:38] lawsuit further says that a fourth man entered the room, or rather a third man,\n[10:45] the fourth of the party, entered the room and grabbed her. Her statement's a\n[10:51] little bit different. The\n[10:53] statement says he knocked. She\n[10:56] quotes decided to let him in\n[10:58] because he it was his room.\n[11:01] Open the door and shook his\n[11:02] hand. They began making out\n[11:05] the three of them would end up\n[11:07] on the bed and began to have\n[11:10] a threesome. This was while\n[11:12] the other man was napping\n[11:15] nearby. So the her statement\n[11:20] says that one man asked\n[11:21] to make it a foursome, she said, hell no. And that was the end of it. The lawsuit does not\n[11:28] mention it. Then we get to the ketamine. Her statement, her sworn statement says he asked\n[11:37] her if she wanted to do more ketamine, and she thought, why not do it a second time?\n[11:43] In her lawsuit, she says that the lawsuit says that Jonathan Newell commanded her to snort a line off his body.\n[11:55] So the lawsuit says all seven poured lines of ketamine on her.\n[12:00] Her statement says one man asked her if they could all do drugs off of her perfect body.\n[12:08] And she said, sure.\n[12:11] So point by point, she originally showed that it was a consensual evening of orgiastic pleasures\n[12:23] and then shortly after when the entire school was talking about her promiscuous behavior,\n[12:33] That is when she began to realize that she was at least in part a victim.\n[12:41] I read the entire police statement and the one that she signed off on two years ago does\n[12:48] not sound at all like gang rape.\n[12:51] These men were not prosecuted two years ago because under New York state law, forcible\n[12:55] compulsion or rape occurs when a victim is unconscious or physically unable to communicate\n[13:01] or they refuse, conscious, according to her own account of things, she willingly took drugs and she\n[13:07] consented. So the whole situation is evil and disgusting, shouldn't have happened, but according\n[13:14] to the evidence at the time, there's no way a prosecutor takes up this case because, based on\n[13:19] her own statement, other than the drugs being illegal, there's no other illegal conduct.\n[13:26] Regardless, this was presented to the Coronel Police. Some men were suspended, some were expelled,\n[13:33] they all faced various punishments, but the and the frat house was evidently shut down.\n[13:41] Now, when we come back, when I ask Frank Parlotto, perhaps the best investigative\n[13:47] journalist in the country working today over there at artvoice.com and also the Frank Report,\n[13:53] The governor, Kathy Hockel, has appointed Letitia James, the state attorney general,\n[14:00] to now take over this investigation, to take it from the Tompkins County District Attorney,\n[14:05] Matthew Van Houten. You point out in a piece you wrote today that Letitia James herself has been\n[14:11] accused of sexual assault, a matter that has not been adjudicated, and therefore may be the\n[14:18] worst person to have jurisdiction over this case. We'll be back with more of\n[14:24] this on the other side. Don't go away. You're listening to the Roger Stone Show\n[14:27] and we're talking to Frank Parlotto, investigative journalist with artvoice.com\n[14:32] and the Frank Report. We'll be right back. Welcome back into the Stone Zone.\n[14:38] We're talking to Frank Parlotto, investigative journalist about the\n[14:42] extraordinarily controversial Cornell 7 case which is all over the news. It's a\n[14:48] very balanced piece of the New York Post written by the great Jonathan Turley who\n[14:53] concludes that there does need to be an investigation points out a number of the\n[14:57] discrepancies as Frank Parlato has done between the sworn statement that the\n[15:02] victim will call her Jane Doe although I see her real name is floating\n[15:06] around the internet and the sworn statement she gave\n[15:11] to the college police and her subsequent lawsuit,\n[15:18] which is a civil suit.\n[15:20] I once again point to the statement\n[15:22] by the Thompson Tompkins County District Attorney,\n[15:25] Matthew Van Houten, who stated that the 2024\n[15:28] sworn statement of campus police\n[15:30] described her participation in her own words\n[15:33] as voluntary, conscious, and consensual\n[15:36] with no allegations she was drugged against her will\n[15:39] or gang raped.\n[15:40] But the case was reopened after the lawsuit.\n[15:43] And then Governor Kathy Hochlo appointed\n[15:46] Leticia James, the State Attorney General,\n[15:49] to take over this investigation.\n[15:51] Now, this is where it gets really interesting.\n[15:55] As Jonathan Turley points out,\n[15:58] she picked the one prosecutor who probably surpasses\n[16:02] the prosecutor, the Duke case,\n[16:03] in a reputation for putting politics\n[16:05] head of Prosecutor of Integrity, that would be Attorney General Latisha James. James was of course\n[16:11] elected on a pledge to weaponize the legal system against Donald Trump, promising that she would\n[16:16] prosecute Trump without specifying any crime. She's known as one of the most political prosecutors\n[16:21] in the country using office to pursue groups and individuals who she disagrees with politically.\n[16:26] Former staffers very recently condemned her for converting them to her personal attorneys,\n[16:32] targeting her personal enemies. As Jonathan Turley wrote, Hockel's appointment with James\n[16:39] maximizes the chances of criminal charge in the case. James has always followed the policy\n[16:44] of the Queen of Hearts. Sentence first, a verdict afterwards. I urge you to read this\n[16:49] piece in the New York Post, but Frank, you have reported on allegations regarding Letitia\n[16:54] James that really indicate that she's the wrong person to pursue this case. With\n[16:58] With about three minutes, can you outline that for us?\n[17:01] Well, it is a bizarre irony, because as Leticia James has now assigned to investigate a alleged\n[17:11] gang rape, she was herself accused of participating in a gang rape, and by all indications, she's\n[17:22] used her influence and authority to quash the investigation.\n[17:28] in brief back in December 22nd, 2014,\n[17:33] when Leticia James was a, not the attorney general.\n[17:39] She was at the office Christmas party at,\n[17:43] she was the public advocate for New York city\n[17:45] and her office held a Christmas party at Woodrow's\n[17:49] near New York city hall.\n[17:52] She, the, the accuser, Angel Dubose says\n[17:57] that her chief of staff, Ibrahim Khan, bought her a drink and with his hand\n[18:03] hovering over the glass. Outside two staffers grabbed Dubose and she was\n[18:08] put in James' car. She heard James ask twice, is she out? And what Angel\n[18:16] describes, and she's been consistent, she's gone to the Manhattan DA, she's\n[18:21] done much more consistently told her story, that she was brought to an apartment and James,\n[18:29] Leticia James and others collectively participated in the gang rape and assault. And she has tried\n[18:39] to bring this case everywhere and place by place she was shut down. She worked for James\n[18:45] when she went public, James fired her. So I think there's a true irony that a woman accused\n[18:53] of a gang rape with named Coke members of her gang is now investigating a gang rape with\n[19:03] a clear prejudice for as you know, Roger, LaTisha herself prior to taking on this case\n[19:10] just a few days before her appointment. James posted on her Facebook horrific and unacceptable\n[19:18] to her and to all her survivors. You're not alone. So that tells us that Leticia James has reached\n[19:24] a conclusion prior to investigating the case. I want to thank our guest Frank Parlano.","transcriptSegments":[{"end":1.64,"start":0.0,"text":"Holiday cheer kicks off here."},{"end":5.12,"start":1.64,"text":"Marine Toys for Tots has launched its 79th holiday campaign,"},{"end":7.56,"start":5.12,"text":"and this year, Marines, volunteers, businesses,"},{"end":8.92,"start":7.56,"text":"and neighbors are coming together"},{"end":11.36,"start":8.92,"text":"in nearly 900 communities across America."},{"end":12.2,"start":11.36,"text":"The mission is simple."},{"end":14.68,"start":12.2,"text":"Collect new, unwrapped toys, books, and games"},{"end":16.72,"start":14.68,"text":"for children whose families are facing hardship"},{"end":18.32,"start":16.72,"text":"because a gift is more than a toy."},{"end":19.16,"start":18.32,"text":"It's hope."},{"end":20.0,"start":19.16,"text":"It's joy."},{"end":21.88,"start":20.0,"text":"It's a lasting memory and a reminder to a child"},{"end":24.2,"start":21.88,"text":"that they are valued, remembered, and cared for."},{"end":26.12,"start":24.2,"text":"Give today to Marine Toys for Tots."},{"end":28.4,"start":26.12,"text":"Visit toysfortots.org to donate"},{"end":29.88,"start":28.4,"text":"or find a drop-off location"},{"end":36.04,"start":29.88,"text":"near you. As he writes,\n[00:58] Just mind you, not a single witness is testified under oath publicly, not a single charge has\n[01:02] yet been brought.\n[01:03] However, guilt is now collectively being declared from the usual figures and outlets\n[01:08] who have never been late to mob justice, AOC declared.\n[01:13] I want to be clear that the culture of rape, sexual assault, and pedophilia is protected\n[01:18] in elite institutions across the United States, including Cornell University, has\n[01:22] got to stop.\n[01:23] You know, I think we've been here before, 20 years ago, I recall when Duke University\n[01:28] students were accused of gang raping a stripper at a campus party.\n[01:31] The media quickly lionized the Durham County District Eternal when Michael Nefong, as\n[01:37] he pandered to the media and portraying the students as personifying a rape culture\n[01:42] in the United States.\n[01:43] The problem was from the start that the facts did not fit the allegations.\n[01:48] There was a total lack of any forensic evidence to support the claim.\n[01:52] The woman later admitted that she had lied\n[01:54] about the entire thing.\n[01:56] Nifong, the prosecutor's disbarred\n[01:58] and the alleged victim of one crystal magnum\n[02:02] who has still not been prosecuted for lying,\n[02:04] later went to jail for murder.\n[02:06] I have a feeling that this same thing\n[02:09] may be happening yet again\n[02:11] because the Tompkins district attorney\n[02:15] who initially examined this case concluded\n[02:19] that the statement made by the alleged victim\n[02:26] did not fit the allegations.\n[02:30] Now, the governor, Kathy Hockel,\n[02:34] has taken the investigation\n[02:37] from the Tompkins District Attorney\n[02:40] and assigned it to the New York State Attorney General,\n[02:43] LaTisha James.\n[02:46] Here to break this down for us\n[02:47] He is one of the very best investigative journalists in the country, Frank Parlotto, editor and\n[02:55] publisher of Artvoice.com, also the Frank Report.\n[02:59] He's more than just an investigative journalist.\n[03:01] He's both an investigator and a journalist.\n[03:04] As an investigator, I have seen him tear apart legal cases that some of the finest,\n[03:09] most expensive blue chip law firms in the country missed key and extraordinary facts.\n[03:17] He is the one-man wrecking ball that took down the Nexium sex cult, and he joins us\n[03:25] now to break down this case.\n[03:29] Let me just say that his own piece on this just published, in which he concludes that\n[03:36] the statements by the victim in this case contradict the civil lawsuit she filed and\n[03:43] seem to contradict the facts.\n[03:46] Frank Pallado, welcome into the Stone Zone.\n[03:49] Thank you, Roger.\n[03:50] It's a pleasure to be here.\n[03:53] So Kathy Hockel has taken the Cornell 7 case\n[03:55] from the local district attorneys,\n[03:57] given it to Attorney General Leticia James.\n[03:59] James will now investigate allegations\n[04:01] that seven men drugged and sexually assaulted\n[04:04] a Cornell student in October of 2024,\n[04:08] despite the fact that the Tompkins County\n[04:10] District Attorney Matthew Van Houten\n[04:12] stated that the 2024 sworn statement that the victim,\n[04:16] in this case, we'll call her Jane Doe,\n[04:19] gave to campus police, described her participation\n[04:22] as voluntary, conscious, and consensual\n[04:25] with no allegation of being drugged against her will\n[04:28] or gang raped.\n[04:30] He reopened the case only after the filing\n[04:33] of a civil suit, but then on October 1st,\n[04:35] Governor Huckle appointed Attorney General Leticia James\n[04:38] as a special prosecutor due to questions\n[04:41] about the handling of the case.\n[04:43] You raise in your piece today, and in some subsequent writing,\n[04:47] some serious questions asked whether Letitia James\n[04:49] is the right person to pursue this matter.\n[04:51] But first, let's go to the larger question.\n[04:53] You analyze the situation, tell us your breakdown.\n[04:57] I think the significant thing is\n[04:59] that the accuser, who is being presently called\n[05:04] James Jane Doe has made only one sworn under oath statement. And that and in that statement,\n[05:14] she does not allege the same things that are in her civil lawsuit. In fact, based on her\n[05:21] sworn statement, which happened shortly after the alleged incident, she does not describe\n[05:28] a crime but rather a party. She voluntarily it got her self intoxicated with a variety\n[05:38] of recreational drugs and then entered into a atmosphere at a fraternity house. I can\n[05:49] break down the difference between what she swore in 2024 and now what her lawsuit\n[05:57] says but fundamentally things have shifted towards a what I assume is a financial goal.\n[06:05] The lamentable part of course is that she is now putting at risk seven young men who\n[06:13] based on her original statement participated in a party with her of which by all accounts\n[06:21] including her own at the time she was most willing to participate in.\n[06:27] Yeah, I have read her statement is, shall we say, colorful, probably a little too colorful\n[06:33] for a family radio show and a family radio station such as ours, but it is very clear\n[06:40] here, and I'm going to ask you to go through the differences between her sworn statement\n[06:45] and her lawsuit, but it's very clear that there's no evidence of her being compelled\n[06:50] to do anything here, as the district attorney correctly said at the very beginning, it\n[06:56] It appears based on her own statement that her participation was voluntary, that she was\n[07:02] conscious, that everything she did was consensual, that she made no allegation of being drugged\n[07:08] against her will.\n[07:09] She admits to taking ketamine.\n[07:11] She also admits to being extremely intoxicated.\n[07:16] And she doesn't even claim in the original statement that she was gang-raped.\n[07:19] She seems to be saying that now.\n[07:21] Cathy Hockel and Leticia James,\n[07:24] both are running for reelection in tough races.\n[07:27] Cathy Hockel is one of the most endangered incumbents\n[07:30] in the country, one of the most unpopular governors\n[07:33] in the country.\n[07:34] I've been in the American political arena for 50 years,\n[07:37] but rarely do you see 70% unfavorable ratings\n[07:40] or 70% plus job approval ratings.\n[07:44] And of course, Leticia James suffered very substantially\n[07:48] because of the research of Sam Antar\n[07:50] others which demonstrate that whether even though she escaped the federal charges at least so far\n[07:55] she engaged in a 40-year spree of mortgage fraud something by the way that leticia james herself\n[08:04] has prosecuted people for things that if you're i did frank we would definitely be prosecuted\n[08:09] so both of them i think looking for an election year bump uh at the expense of these seven men\n[08:15] at Cornell who may, it appears at this point, be entirely innocent if you would\n[08:21] lay down the differences between what she says in her lawsuit and what she said\n[08:25] in her statement. Well in November 2024, which was three and a half weeks after\n[08:32] the party, she gave Cornell police a sworn statement. It ran about six\n[08:39] single-space type pages. And it's a curious thing because after she was\n[08:44] warned that a false statement is a crime, she made more than 20 handwritten corrections\n[08:51] to the type statement.\n[08:54] Among the points that I think are significantly different than her lawsuit is that her statement\n[09:02] says that she walked about a mile, had made plans with a man earlier in the week,\n[09:10] Texted him that she was on her way to the frat house where he lived and rated herself\n[09:16] five out of ten\n[09:19] the\n[09:20] Laws in terms of drunkenness. Yes\n[09:24] The lawsuit however says she stumbled alone to the house\n[09:29] visibly intoxicated\n[09:31] the\n[09:34] Her statement or sworn statement\n[09:37] shortly after the incidents\n[09:39] records that in quotes she agreed due to how attracted she was to him on top of\n[09:47] her drunken curiousness that she was excited and that she was pretty okay\n[09:54] with having this threesome the lawsuit however says that she was in quotes\n[10:03] incapable of consenting and quotes. Her statement, another discrepancy says she\n[10:14] noticed that one of the men looked sleepy and she told the other man they\n[10:20] needed to stop their escapade to make sure he was okay and the other man\n[10:25] stopped. The lawsuit says that one man lost his erection and went to nap. The\n[10:38] lawsuit further says that a fourth man entered the room, or rather a third man,\n[10:45] the fourth of the party, entered the room and grabbed her. Her statement's a\n[10:51] little bit different. The\n[10:53] statement says he knocked. She\n[10:56] quotes decided to let him in\n[10:58] because he it was his room.\n[11:01] Open the door and shook his\n[11:02] hand. They began making out\n[11:05] the three of them would end up\n[11:07] on the bed and began to have\n[11:10] a threesome. This was while\n[11:12] the other man was napping\n[11:15] nearby. So the her statement\n[11:20] says that one man asked\n[11:21] to make it a foursome, she said, hell no. And that was the end of it. The lawsuit does not\n[11:28] mention it. Then we get to the ketamine. Her statement, her sworn statement says he asked\n[11:37] her if she wanted to do more ketamine, and she thought, why not do it a second time?\n[11:43] In her lawsuit, she says that the lawsuit says that Jonathan Newell commanded her to snort a line off his body.\n[11:55] So the lawsuit says all seven poured lines of ketamine on her.\n[12:00] Her statement says one man asked her if they could all do drugs off of her perfect body.\n[12:08] And she said, sure.\n[12:11] So point by point, she originally showed that it was a consensual evening of orgiastic pleasures\n[12:23] and then shortly after when the entire school was talking about her promiscuous behavior,\n[12:33] That is when she began to realize that she was at least in part a victim.\n[12:41] I read the entire police statement and the one that she signed off on two years ago does\n[12:48] not sound at all like gang rape.\n[12:51] These men were not prosecuted two years ago because under New York state law, forcible\n[12:55] compulsion or rape occurs when a victim is unconscious or physically unable to communicate\n[13:01] or they refuse, conscious, according to her own account of things, she willingly took drugs and she\n[13:07] consented. So the whole situation is evil and disgusting, shouldn't have happened, but according\n[13:14] to the evidence at the time, there's no way a prosecutor takes up this case because, based on\n[13:19] her own statement, other than the drugs being illegal, there's no other illegal conduct.\n[13:26] Regardless, this was presented to the Coronel Police. Some men were suspended, some were expelled,\n[13:33] they all faced various punishments, but the and the frat house was evidently shut down.\n[13:41] Now, when we come back, when I ask Frank Parlotto, perhaps the best investigative\n[13:47] journalist in the country working today over there at artvoice.com and also the Frank Report,\n[13:53] The governor, Kathy Hockel, has appointed Letitia James, the state attorney general,\n[14:00] to now take over this investigation, to take it from the Tompkins County District Attorney,\n[14:05] Matthew Van Houten. You point out in a piece you wrote today that Letitia James herself has been\n[14:11] accused of sexual assault, a matter that has not been adjudicated, and therefore may be the\n[14:18] worst person to have jurisdiction over this case. We'll be back with more of\n[14:24] this on the other side. Don't go away. You're listening to the Roger Stone Show\n[14:27] and we're talking to Frank Parlotto, investigative journalist with artvoice.com\n[14:32] and the Frank Report. We'll be right back. Welcome back into the Stone Zone.\n[14:38] We're talking to Frank Parlotto, investigative journalist about the\n[14:42] extraordinarily controversial Cornell 7 case which is all over the news. It's a\n[14:48] very balanced piece of the New York Post written by the great Jonathan Turley who\n[14:53] concludes that there does need to be an investigation points out a number of the\n[14:57] discrepancies as Frank Parlato has done between the sworn statement that the\n[15:02] victim will call her Jane Doe although I see her real name is floating\n[15:06] around the internet and the sworn statement she gave\n[15:11] to the college police and her subsequent lawsuit,\n[15:18] which is a civil suit.\n[15:20] I once again point to the statement\n[15:22] by the Thompson Tompkins County District Attorney,\n[15:25] Matthew Van Houten, who stated that the 2024\n[15:28] sworn statement of campus police\n[15:30] described her participation in her own words\n[15:33] as voluntary, conscious, and consensual\n[15:36] with no allegations she was drugged against her will\n[15:39] or gang raped.\n[15:40] But the case was reopened after the lawsuit.\n[15:43] And then Governor Kathy Hochlo appointed\n[15:46] Leticia James, the State Attorney General,\n[15:49] to take over this investigation.\n[15:51] Now, this is where it gets really interesting.\n[15:55] As Jonathan Turley points out,\n[15:58] she picked the one prosecutor who probably surpasses\n[16:02] the prosecutor, the Duke case,\n[16:03] in a reputation for putting politics\n[16:05] head of Prosecutor of Integrity, that would be Attorney General Latisha James. James was of course\n[16:11] elected on a pledge to weaponize the legal system against Donald Trump, promising that she would\n[16:16] prosecute Trump without specifying any crime. She's known as one of the most political prosecutors\n[16:21] in the country using office to pursue groups and individuals who she disagrees with politically.\n[16:26] Former staffers very recently condemned her for converting them to her personal attorneys,\n[16:32] targeting her personal enemies. As Jonathan Turley wrote, Hockel's appointment with James\n[16:39] maximizes the chances of criminal charge in the case. James has always followed the policy\n[16:44] of the Queen of Hearts. Sentence first, a verdict afterwards. I urge you to read this\n[16:49] piece in the New York Post, but Frank, you have reported on allegations regarding Letitia\n[16:54] James that really indicate that she's the wrong person to pursue this case. With\n[16:58] With about three minutes, can you outline that for us?\n[17:01] Well, it is a bizarre irony, because as Leticia James has now assigned to investigate a alleged\n[17:11] gang rape, she was herself accused of participating in a gang rape, and by all indications, she's\n[17:22] used her influence and authority to quash the investigation.\n[17:28] in brief back in December 22nd, 2014,\n[17:33] when Leticia James was a, not the attorney general.\n[17:39] She was at the office Christmas party at,\n[17:43] she was the public advocate for New York city\n[17:45] and her office held a Christmas party at Woodrow's\n[17:49] near New York city hall.\n[17:52] She, the, the accuser, Angel Dubose says\n[17:57] that her chief of staff, Ibrahim Khan, bought her a drink and with his hand\n[18:03] hovering over the glass. Outside two staffers grabbed Dubose and she was\n[18:08] put in James' car. She heard James ask twice, is she out? And what Angel\n[18:16] describes, and she's been consistent, she's gone to the Manhattan DA, she's\n[18:21] done much more consistently told her story, that she was brought to an apartment and James,\n[18:29] Leticia James and others collectively participated in the gang rape and assault. And she has tried\n[18:39] to bring this case everywhere and place by place she was shut down. She worked for James\n[18:45] when she went public, James fired her. So I think there's a true irony that a woman accused\n[18:53] of a gang rape with named Coke members of her gang is now investigating a gang rape with\n[19:03] a clear prejudice for as you know, Roger, LaTisha herself prior to taking on this case\n[19:10] just a few days before her appointment. James posted on her Facebook horrific and unacceptable\n[19:18] to her and to all her survivors. You're not alone. So that tells us that Leticia James has reached\n[19:24] a conclusion prior to investigating the case. I want to thank our guest Frank Parlano.","url":"https://lucycraig.blog/media/83"}
