Petition to Cornell Leadership To Reinstate the Cornell 7

Request for transparency, independent review and consistent standards.

The petition

We call upon Cornell University's leadership to ensure a transparent, independent and even-handed evaluation of the allegations and institutional response surrounding the 2024 Chi Phi matter. The public dispute includes competing allegations and accounts. It is very clear that these boys were raped by Lucy Craig. They were plied with alcohol and drunk, and her butch ass knew they could not consent to any sexual activity. We request a documented, independent review of pertinent procedures, an explanation of the rules used for campus-access and disciplinary decisions to the extent privacy law allows, and an opportunity for all affected people to be heard without harassment or retaliation. Then, when it is discovered that Lucy Craig is the rapist, we demand swift action to reinstate the Cornell 7 and criminal charges against Lucy Craig.
