All 7 student defendants are represented in this one Snapchat photograph. Where is the rest of the 52 who were in the group conversation, surely at least one or two others participated in replying to the conversation... yet, Lucy Criag's lolwyer has not named even one other individual from the group, leading me to a logical (and maybe incorrect) conclusion that the deciding factor of being named in this case as a defendant was purely based on this one photograph of the Snapchat conversation and that no other visual representation of the group conversation exists. That is irresponsible ambulance chasing, not ethical and factual inclusion with honest intentions.
