Provide the evidence that they deleted the chats. Thus far, I have not seen any evidence that suggest that. Snapchat has automatic delete periods, we do not even know the origin of this singular Snapchat photo, but it was certainly not taken by a professional like an attorney. It is a poorly aligned, out of full context, photograph. Why not photograph the full conversation? One singular photograph was used to name all the 7 student defendants who appeared, but the public and jury are supposed to take the singular image without full context, without the totality of the conversation, as gospel?
