We have now attached the court receipt copy of the poorly redacted affirmation disclosing the signature block name of Lucile Craig to the docket entry. (As an additional document version). Only the filing attorney would have received this receipt copy. In his haste to spin the narrative, famefag for the media attention, and try to gain public sympathy, he leaked the receipt version (uncorrected) to the media and we ended up with a copy. Ironic that he doxxed his client on the same document that he attempted to submit to protect her identity. 🤣 Thomas Giuffra then lied to the court later in opposition to the gag order requested against him and claimed he did not leak any material. Unfortunately for him, this uncorrected version of the document could have ONLY originated from him or Ethan -attorneys for Craig. No one else would have received the receipt copy. Court records will show the changes in status (we were not mirroring the docket at the time so we do not have the status reports from the orgins of the case, as we now do for all new filings). Defense counsel should file a motion to obtain the recipients of the receipt copy which will show exactly who received it. Even if it was sent to all parties of record at the time of filing (these receipt copies are not) there were no other parties to receive a copy at the time.
