The Law in Newyork state, is that if anyone regardless of gender, becomes voluntarily intoxicated and that means you chose to drink or take drugs you were not forced then you cannot ultimately say you were raped. As someone who is a young woman looking into this case I think Jane Doe understood what was happening she possible had a crush on Matthew Ingals who in her report she was flirtatious with. She turns around and calls the "consensual" activity rape, after she is disinvited from the chi pi halloween party. I think both sides are at fault, it is sad that they were engaging in that type of activity and I think it truly shows how people need to learn morals now at days. I don't really see a clear victim or perpetrator case, I think many people are taking sides online either because they don't know the full story or choose not to hear both sides. I think we should collectively leave that design up the the result of the civil lawsuit where Jane Doe is suing multiple parties involved and see how it turn out.
