Lucy could be traumatized by this encounter without it legally been considered rape. I think she clearly needs help whether or not she was lying, however I also believe that if the 7 men are innocent, they are the real victims here.

May I suggest Anatomy of a Scandal on Netflix with Sienna Miller. Explains how rape can happen without violence and how a woman is blamed for the mans behaviour

Everyone understands rape, what we are atruggling with is a train hoe who lies about being raped

Those of you who have such a one sided, one fashioned way of viewing the world are an embrassment to society. I encourage you to watch The Magdalene Sisters. A movie/true story about girls who were raped and sent to these awful laundries by their own parents aka they were blamed for being raped!!!!!

There they were tortured by nuns and raped again and again by priests. Dont be so closed minded and think you're being clever just because you type something not only insulting, but unoriginal. I pray 🙏 for you.

You can watch some shit obscure movie that isn't relevant, or google bukkake to get an idea of what happened on that fateful day

Anonymous2026-10-12 15:51 UTC

I agree with the person who suggested that. It is very relevant. Females are called whores if they are raped, threatened with having their reputations ruined for doing exactly what men do

Serious question, is the cornell investigation file available anywhere? From her testamony, there is very little indication of sexual assault, so I'm curious to see what the boys were expelled or suspended for. #releasetheessays

And being sexually assaulted is as glamorous as an eating disorder or being lgbtq at the moment. I actually know someone who fucked her boyfriend and then when the parents split them up, she said they broke up because he forced himself on her. Despite stalking him and whining about the break up for months after. Also faked self harm, eating disorder and lgbtq like Jane Doe

20 years of perpetually being online and never have I been identified.

1) I am self hosted,

2) My servers are not located in the US,

3) If one goes down, 3 more exists to take the traffic.

If (doubtful) my identity is ever exposed, it will not have any consequences to me. Not in the least.

At this moment, there is no protections against her name, even proceeding as "Jane Doe" has not been ruled on (arguements for and against are due the 20th, with a decision there after). No order exists, even if it did, I would not be subject to it.

The law in New York state is that if anyone, regardless of gender, becomes voluntarily intoxicated—meaning you chose to drink or take drugs and were not forced—then you cannot legally claim you were raped.

As a young woman looking into this case, I think Jane Doe understood what was happening. She possibly had a crush on Matthew Ingalls, and in her own report, she was flirtatious with him. She then turns around and calls the 'consensual' activity rape after she is disinvited from the Chi Phi Halloween party. I think both sides are at fault. It is sad that they were engaging in that type of activity, and I think it truly shows how people need to learn morals nowadays.

I don't really see a clear victim or perpetrator case; I think many people are taking sides online either because they don't know the full story or choose not to hear both sides. I think we should collectively leave that decision up to the result of the civil lawsuit where Jane Doe is suing multiple parties involved, and see how it turns out.

Anyways, I hope y'all stay safe and smart!

Its funny, because she left cornell because everyone there slut shamed her, now they want to act like they care two years later. Thats cognitive dissonance! Slut shaming a girl when you thought it was a gang bang, then assaulting someone who has not been convicted of anything when the girl changes her story
