Anti-SLAPP would be filed within seconds demanding massive sanctions against Plaintiff for violating our first amendment right to be critical and examine and argue the matter placed before the court of public opinion by Lucy Craig through her famefag lolwyer himself. We have created a method to monitor all related cases... There is now a global search button on every page that will let you search for anything, articles, transcripts, OCR, comments, file names, docket entries, videos, audios, images, PDFs, everything.

If a "victim's" perspective and story can change over time, and that changed story can be the basis for a lawsuit / criminal charges, then isn't it reasonable to doubt people's capacity to understand their experience and participation in real time?

Coercion for sex can be rape, but where coercion starts and ends is a gray area and should be looked at by legal professionals, not a random person claiming victimhood based on their personal opinion.

"have sex with me or I'll leave/cheat on you" can be emotional blackmail, whether it's said by a man or a woman. Women do that too and it's manipulative and abusive. It's very different from addressing issues in the relationship, like withholding sex or not having enough for your partners preferences.

"Have sex with me or I will fire you" is less of a gray area than “have sex with me or I’ll not hire you” given a boss and an employee have a power dynamic and this is clearly a threat based on personal choices that have nothing to do with the job.

Basically if you can't say no or there's something being held over your head it's coercion, if you can say no and it's respected (like Lucy Craig) it's not rape. If consent isn't freely given it's not consent, if it's a transaction or you can refuse it's consent.
