It is now known that he was leaking records related to the case (the poorly redacted afformation in support of proceeding as Jame Doe was only in possession of the person who filed it). He named a U.S. Active Service Marine, lied about a swat event, filed a fake DMCA in bad faith to this blog, named an incorrect person as a defendant, misrepresents New York's dram shop liability laws against Moonies, and named an entity that doesn't actually exists on paper. His hope was, similar to the Comb's cases, to throw shit against the wall, leak favorable documents, cancel anyone who speaks against his client, and sway the public sympathy. There is lots of evidence for both sides... the courts must now evaluate whether there is sufficient credible evidence one way or the other. (difference between proof and evidence, different standards of proof required for different decision types, etc.) P.S. of the 1500 pages of cornell files, I think they have leaked about 20 pages besides the preamble. So there is a SHITLOAD still to come. So don't go murdering people just yet

Indeed, in this situation, the people who do not support her have no time or energy or care to sign a worthless petition that is literally meaningless.

I get the feeling that the people who are against her are more upset that they had their voices silenced by the censorship thugs.

They can see the facts, we present them here and argue them and let the conversation develope, but they also do not give a flying fuck about the boys, or her, rather they care about the principle and the censorship, two vitally important reasons why this blog exists.

Since this blog is a measurement of the pulse, we have unique 250,000 daily viewers, and over 5,000,000 repeated viewership. We have attracted pro and con positions, we have attracted doxxers and internet tough guys, and snitches and bitches, and this is the only place where all sides get to argue passionately. Our statistics are more important than a petition site that regulates speech, a social media site that prohibits any discourse on the topic, or a search engine that doesnt show results.

The sheer volume of engagement is a testament to the size of the opposition given that I have done absolutely ZERO promotions or social media posts or inorganic marketing.

Just because a celebrity can get a meaningless online petition signature to thousands, doesnt mean that is the gage of the oppositional position, especially when the opposite position is being censored.

You are welcome here, to engage in the free exchange of thought, the marketplace of idea, and to persuade, argue, or be mean, educational or patently vulgar. Youre an adult, you can collapse comments you do not like, you can engage the comments you decide, and most importantly, you have the same opportunity to spread your position, right or wrong, in the hopes that it will persuade another, or many others.

You are welcome here, even if you have opposing views as me. That is a curtesy that was deprived to me when a social media account was suspended merely for mentioning the name "Lucy Craig". Being welcome to the marketplace of thought and idea with open, albeit opposite views as many, is something thar was deprived of many many many others.

The readon why this simple blog is popular is because even though "our side" has been deprived of the curtesy of debate in a publiv forum, we still welcome the very people who tried to censor us...

That is how much we value speech, we welcome the very people who tried to silence us when we became so loud as a result of that censorship that even those who tried to silence us are now engaging us on our turf, on our platform, on our terms.

Had my stupid post on social media been ignored it might have reached 1,500 people tops, at most 10 engagements, no shares, and ignored through the algorithms within 10 minutes, but the silencing of my speech has now made me the loudest voice, literally, on either side, and I am making a point to the social media companies, the people who reported my post, and the general public, we will not be censored anymore, but with that, we will not censor others.

Try being that humble and accepting. Allowing speech from all sides, languages, countries, rank, and type (from joyful to sad, from appreciation to threats, from fluffy and off topic to vulgar and disrespectful.

Speech is that important.

And speech, no matter how crazy it is perceived, can never alone hurt anyone.
